965 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 965 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the 965 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and the 965 platform.

To access the full features of the 965 platform, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and are fully accountable for all activities that occur under your account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any refund. You must notify 965 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
965 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be required to submit valid identification documents for account verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 965 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful and appropriate purposes. You are not permitted to:
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the system or another user's account.
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate game outcomes or the betting process.
- Channelling illegally obtained funds through this platform or using the platform for any money laundering activity.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where applicable.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 965 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including local bank transfers and digital wallets available in Malaysia.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification level. 965 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with appropriate notice to users.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once identity verification is complete. 965 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. All confirmed transactions are final and cannot be reversed except in specific circumstances requiring investigation by the 965 team.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate and current. 965 will not be liable for any loss arising from incorrect or outdated information submitted by the user.
5. Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
The 965 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times. 965 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
965 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- The user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- There is suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity detected on the account.
- The user failed to complete the identity verification process within the required timeframe.
- The account has been inactive beyond the stipulated period with no activity recorded.
- Upon instruction from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
In the event of an account suspension, 965 will notify the user via email or their registered communication channel. The balance in a suspended account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. 965's decision regarding account closure is final.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content on the 965 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 965 and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of such content without written permission from 965 is strictly prohibited.
The 965 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not imply that 965 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. You access any third-party links at your own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 965 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
